THE HELPER

Jesus was a counselor, a friend, to His disciples, He taught them what Father God had given Him. He was among them for a number of years. Leading, guiding, and teaching them how to overcome numerous obstacles.

Before He was crucified He offers them encouragement, that at the time they could not comprehend. He said, "I will go but when I leave, I will send you the comforter. " The Spirit of God known as the Holy Ghost.

“Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is to your advantage that I go away: for if I do not go away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. “ John 16:7

This is the wonderful and glorious ministry of the Holy Spirit. The truth is that God has sent His Spirit to live in us. And even more to comfort and guide us in every area of our life.

It can be disheartening when born again Christians ignore the leading and help of the Holy Spirit. It's as if we live in a world clouded by our self-driven directives, that we forget the helper, the one who lives within us and will be with us forever.

That's a commitment no other individual can promise.
